  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete information in your consultation
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract

4. Consultation Process

4.1 Online Assessment

You will be required to complete an online consultation form providing detailed information about your medical history, current health status, lifestyle, and weight loss goals. It is essential that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Our qualified pharmacist will review your consultation form to assess your suitability for treatment. This review typically takes 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate.

Treatment decisions are made solely at the discretion of our clinical team based on your individual circumstances, medical history, and clinical guidelines. Not all consultations will result in a prescription.

5. Fees and Payment

Our consultation and treatment services are provided on a private basis. Fees will be clearly communicated before you commit to treatment. Payment terms and methods will be agreed upon as part of the consultation process.

All fees are non-refundable once treatment has commenced, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
